2025-26 is the seventieth anniversary of steel pan arriving in Bath, UK.
This film (https://vimeo.com/firstbornstudios/rainbowsteel) tells the story of Hallam Ifill's arrival in 1955 and the formation of the Barbados-All-Stars in 1956. This evolved into Rainbow Steel Orchestra which has earned legendary status in the city of Bath,UK and world beyond.
We are currently registering interest - for anyone who wants to be part of an intergenerational band, learning under Rainbow and building on that creative Caribbean legacy.
